Protect Your Skin This Winter. Here's How:

As beautiful as winters may be, the weather can be harsh on the skin, but there are certain things you can do to reduce its damaging effects.

Staying Hydrated, and Drink lots and lots of water. It is important to keep liquids flowing to prevent dryness and ease blood flow

Avoid really hot showers in the winter time. This is a tough one, but hot showers in the wintertime dry out your skin, and at this time you need to stay moisturized

Moisturize with SPF products. Many people are under the impression that SPF should only be used around the summertime, but this is a false assumption. SPF products can and should be used all year round.

Stick to natural skincare products like products containing raw honey and coconut oil. The Eden honey moisturizer is your best bet. *coming soon to St. Eden.

Protect your lips. Vaseline or a protective lip balm are must haves to prevent skin from breaking. The skin on our lips are sensitive to cold weather, and will dry up during the wintertime. It is important your lips stay protected and moisturized.

Have Happy Skin this Winter. xoxo
