Say No To Sugar & Caffeine

Not only will you be saving a lot of money that you would have normally been spending at your local Starbucks, you’ll also notice clear skin, less dark circles, and an overall fresh morning start you probably haven’t experienced since you were a baby. Start by replacing your beloved coffee beverage of choice with a herbal tea, its less caffeine and usually tastes great without sugar!
That's In all aspects of life, from exercise, sleep routines, eating habits, skin care routine etc. Being consistent in every part of your life as much as possible can do nothing but help you glide through the day ahead. Start by using timers to really make sure you stay on top of your game, set a reminder on your phone to use at least five minutes of your morning to focus on your skin routine, 10 minutes of mindful meditation, 20 extra minutes before you have to be out the door, to focus on fixing a healthy and beneficial breakfast that will keep you fueled. Each minute counts, so don’t waste it!
Planning ahead helps eliminate stress. Plan the night before, by writing out everything you need to do for the next day in order of priority, keep it simple and focused. Guaranteed your lifestyle will greatly shift because of this small, yet extremely important aspect of everyday life. When heavy amounts of stress continue to build up in your life you can start to see; reduced weight loss, lack of muscle retention, risk of heart disease, diabetes, poor skin, and the list goes on.
