I Used Apple Cider Vinegar On My Skin For One Week.
Here's what happened..

You may already be aware of the many ways people use apple cider vinegar.
The Acetic Acid found in Apple Cider Vinegar, is well known for its antibacterial and antifungal properties. Relying on this acid, Apple Cider Vinegar has become an effective way to cleanse the skin of bacteria and debris, and was a pleasant addition to my skincare routine, past week.
After using a face wash to cleanse the skin, I mixed 1 part of apple cider vinegar with 2 parts of water to use as a skin toner and applied to my face with a cotton ball.
To re-create my ACV toner, you'll need:
1 part apple cider vinegar on sale for $3 on Amazon Pantry
2 parts purified water
Cotton Ball
I used a spray bottle to spritz the mixture evenly onto my skin once a day, and after a week, of using apple cider vinegar as a toner, I begun to notice an evenness in my complexion and most my acne fading away. It's important to note that I have oily skin, and so may be more prone to ACV benefits.
If you have sensitive skin, I would advice you dilute the mixture a bit further.
